Main duties:
< ul>Organization of management accounting of results economic and financial activities of the group of companies
Department Management
Development and implementation of the financial strategy of a group of companies
Management of budgeting, planning and control of financial flows
Risk management, cost structure optimization and financial process efficiency improvement.
Monitoring the performance of financial indicators and KPIs at the level of a group of companies.
Conducting financial analysis and preparing management reports for management.
Investment attraction, work with banks, credit institutions and auditors.
Development and implementation of financial control and analytics systems.
Introduction of modern financial management tools and process automation.
Cash Flow Management

Control over reliable and timely display dany in financial, accounting, accounting reporting,compilation of reporting cost estimates of production, etc.
Requirements for the candidate:
Higher economic education, accounting and auditing
5 years of experience as a financial director/head of the financial department. Experience in manufacturing companies
Deep knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, management accounting.
Experience of financial management in a group of companies or holding structures.
Ability to work with investors, banks and regulatory bodies.
Formation of tax and budget policy
Skills for establishing and reorganizing management accounting and internal control systems
Trusted userPC, Microsoft Office suite, Google tools, 1C, M.E.Doc, bank client, electronic document management systems
Intermediate English is preferred
