What we will entrust you with:

• Responsible for financial planning and analysis, including development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals, analysis of financial indicators, as well as preparation of reports and recommendations for management
• Control the budget and monitor its implementation
• Manages financial resources, keeping accounting and tax records
• Controls cash flows, manages liquidity and financial risks
• Interacts with banks, investors and other financial institutions
• Responsible for cost optimization and increasing the efficiency of financial resources use
• Ensure financial reporting and control, guaranteeing timely and accurate preparation of reports in accordance with international standards, as well as implementation and control of internal financial procedures and policies
• Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance with financial discipline
• Participate in the development and implementation of the company's overall strategy
• Perform analysis of market trends and competitive environment for making sound financial decisions
• Maintain and develop relationships with key partners and stakeholders

• Certificate of ACCA
• Experience of managing a team from 3 FTE from 3 years
• Knowledge and work experience in 1c, SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word , Power Point, BI)
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in terms of requirements for reporting, accounting, auditing
• Knowledge in the field of tax accounting and legislation
• Strong organizational skills
• High level of oral and written communication skills
• Attention to details
• High level of time management skills
