Financial director in Traffective

Due to active development and growth, we are looking for an experienced Financial Director to join our team and take charge of financial processes. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a strong financial background, especially in Fintech.  

What needs to be done:
• Participate in the creation of a finance monitoring platform;  
• Control the balance of assets and liabilities;  
• Control of marginality and effectiveness of cooperation with counterparties; 
• Manage cash flows (cashflow);  
• Lead and systematize financial processes to improve their efficiency;  
• Management of the finance department team: task setting, performance control and employee development;  
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control and optimization of financial indicators;  
• Monitoring and control of compliance with all financial procedures and standards;  
• Interaction with external financial partners;  
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of financial legislation and internal financial policy;  
• Risk management related to financial operations;  
• Work with multi-currency operations, control of the movement of funds in different currencies.  

Our ideal candidate:
• Has successful management experience in fintech projects or banks;  
• Excellent understanding of financial operations, regulatory reporting, accounting standards and corporate finance;  
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management;  
• Leadership qualities and successful team management experience;  
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;  
• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics. Additional qualifications (MBA, CPA, CFA) will be an advantage.
