The company for the production of complex organic solvents and petrochemical products Matrapac GmbH, which has been developing steadily since 2004, announces a competition to fill the vacant position: Financial Director.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Higher economic education/accounting and auditing;
• The presence of international certificates DipIFR, CIMA, CAP/CIPA, etc., will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Experience as a financial director from 3 years/deputy financial director at at a manufacturing enterprise for at least 5 years;
• Experience in finance and economics for at least 10 years.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• High analytical abilities;
• Knowledge of the main reports (forms) of financial and management reporting, the principles of their construction and interrelationships;
• Understanding the principles of construction and functioning of the budgeting system;
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel and 1C: Enterprise;
• Understanding the principles of product costing;
• Skills in building financial and economic models for individual business areas or prospective projects;
• Project management (participation in projects) of financial/management accounting system automation;
• Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP/SRM systems will be an advantage.

Main duties:

1. Budgeting of expenses on a monthly basis and its daily control.

2. Control of the correctness of management accounting - supply, production, implementation.

3. Payment calendar - management control.

4. In financial management: management of intra-corporate finances, general control of financial flows.

5. Closing of the month - calculation of PnL, balance, reporting to owners.

6. Internal communications: close communication with the owner, communications with the sales department, accounting, production, and the EZ department.

7. External communications: communication with banks and representatives of the tax administration.

8. Daily operational work according to the position.

9. Compilation of analytical reports at the request of management.

10. Calculation of economic efficiency of projects.

Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian - fluent Russian - fluent Business and personal qualities: strong communication and presentation skills, result-oriented, high level of self-organization and efficiency, proactivity, analytical mindset, stress resistance, ability to think outside the box and find a way out of difficult situations.
