Financial director in VNR

In connection with the desire to improve the implementation of financial management at the company and the delegation of some functions from the general director, we are looking for a CFO who has experience in construction companies or engineering networks (design and installation organizations) to join the team.

Location: Kyiv, Podil.
Number of employees at the company: about 90.

Currently the company has:
1. Accounting department with a staff of 5 people ( head chief accountant, who in the perspective of closing in 2024 plans to move to another city with dismissal) - is engaged in the accounting of 2 LLCs in 1C8 (1 main with a turnover of UAH 100 million per year and 1 dormant) and several FOPs without employees. Also, the accounting department maintains consolidated management accounting in the BAS program, significantly added to us.

2. Economist - mainly deals with budgeting.

The job will suit you if:

- experience in managing accounting at an enterprise in the role of financial director or chief accountant

- You formed a team of the accounting department and organized the work of the department;

- You have knowledge and skills in building a budgeting system and financial, management reporting; 

- You have the skills of financial analysis and business planning;

- You are systematic, organized in your work, you are characterized by quick decision-making. will be part of the duties of our Financial Director:

- To understand the financial structure of the company and on the basis of the existing structure of accounting and reports to build management accounting.

- To organize work on accounting (management an accounting staff of 5 people, and an economist).

- Implement timely maintenance of main reports P&L, CF, Balans

- Implement budgeting and financial planning for a month, quarter, year by group of companies

- Development, implementation and control (calculation, accrual) of KPI for all company employees.

- Financial reward depends on your professionalism, our budget is between 80,000 and 120,000 hryvnias (from chief accountant with management accounting function to a full-fledged financial director).
