Requirements for the candidate:

• higher economic education;
• 3 years of experience as a financial director;
• experience in financial and strategic planning;
• deep knowledge of tax legislation and accounting;
• developed management skills;
• confident PC user (MS Excel, MS Word, 1C);
• personal characteristics: attentiveness; analytical thinking; high responsibility and result orientation; excellent communication and leadership qualities.
• Responsibilities:
• development and implementation of the company's financial strategy;
• management of financial flows and the company's budget;
• li> control over costs and analysis of the economic condition of the company;
• interaction with banks and other financial partners;
• improvement and optimization of business processes in the company;
• participation in projects aimed at increasing the profitability and development of the company;
• making management decisions to improve the economic indicators of the company;
• control over the correct application of the norms of material and labor resources to the products produced;
• direct subordinates: chief accountant, economist.
