This is a unique opportunity for a professional who seeks to lead strategic financial initiatives and manage processes in a company with international activities. Your skills: Hard skills: Work experience in a similar position for 3 years or more in a company with more than 200 employees. Knowledge of the English language at the B1 level (Intermediate ) and above. Knowledge of Ukrainian taxation. Experience of working with non-residents. Experience of managing a team of 5 people, including managers in Head positions or Team Lead. Experience managing an accounting department. Experience optimizing and automating financial processes. Soft skills: Strong analytical skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial parties. Leadership qualities for team management and staff development .The ability to work in multitasking conditions and set priorities. It will be a plus: Experience working in a group of companies or service company. Experience in Big 4. The team expects from you: Strategic financial planning: development and implementation of financial strategies to ensure stable growth of a group of companies; analysis of market trends and financial indicators to make informed decisions. Financial control and management: ensuring effective management of financial resources and operations in different jurisdictions; coordination of the treasury, accounting and finance departments. Budgeting and forecasting: developing and monitoring the implementation of budgets for various business areas; forecasting of financial indicators and analysis of deviations to adjust plans. Risk management: identification and minimization of financial risks; implementation of internal control systems to ensure financial security. Investment activity: evaluation of investment opportunities to ensure long-term financial stability; management of a portfolio of investment projects. Financial reporting and audit: ensuring accuracy and timeliness preparation of financial statements in accordance with international standards; interaction with external auditors to conduct regular audits. Department work organization: ensuring effective coordination between financial and accounting teams; cooperation with other departments to resolve financial issues. Team management: leadership, training and motivation of financial , treasury and accounting team. Financial advice to management: provision of ptechnical recommendations to the management based on financial reports and forecasts. We offer: Fixed rate based on the results of the interview. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish from 17:00 to 19:00. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist. Paid vacation — 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates, and 11 public holidays.
