We are looking for a responsible and proactive Finance Controller to Universe Group .

• Participate in the creation of products- leaders in their categories, used by more than 62 million users worldwide.
• Influence company processes and business results, as well as suggest and implement own approaches.
• Do not drown in bureaucracy - we do not prepare reports, but only correct them.

Your future tasks:

• Work with the company's financial reporting, its optimization and financial consulting.
• Analysis and assessment of markets, competitors, reports, presentation of results to the team.
• Optimization and analysis of current processes.
• Finding additional points for business growth.
• Ad hoc tasks from stakeholders.

What is needed to join us:

• From 3 years of experience in the position of Finance Controller in FMCG companies.
• Possession of strong analytical and research skills, ability to find causal relationships.
• P&L management, search for cost optimization points.
• Mastery of Excel at an advanced level.
• Cool track record from previous or current places of work.
• Experience with data visualization.
• English from Upper Intermediate.

It will be an advantage if you have:

• Skills in presenting the results of the analysis.
• Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
