Financial Controller / Finance Analyst in 3DDevice

We are looking for a Financial Controller (Junior / Assistant) / Finance Analyst (Operations) to join the 3DDevice team.

Purpose of the position: 
Ensuring accurate, timely and transparent financial accounting of the company's operational activities, control of the correctness of data between departments and participation in increasing the efficiency of financial processes.

 Main duties:
* Financial accounting and control
* Management and control of operational financial accounting
* Verification of the correctness of the display of income, expenses and cost
* Reconciliation of data between ERP, accounting, sales department, procurement and warehouse
* Control of compliance of actual budget indicators with plans
* Control of the correctness and timeliness of documents
* Work with primary documentation
* Verification and accounting of primary documents (bills, invoices, acts, credit notes, debit notes)
* Timeliness control of document flow
* Support of month/quarter closing processes
* Financial analytics and reporting
* Preparation of regular management reporting
* Analysis of deviations (variance analysis)
* Control of financial indicators by clients, projects, areas
* Preparation of analytical data for management
* Analysis and optimization processes
* Analysis of the financial efficiency of operational processes
* Identification of errors, inconsistencies and financial risks
* Participation in the optimization of financial and accounting procedures
* Formation of proposals to increase transparency and control
* Interaction with divisions:     Financial department and accounting
Sales department (B2B contracts, discounts, bonuses)
Procurement and logistics
* Work with systems
Work in ERP / financial systems (BAS / 1C or similar)
* Control of the correctness of data and business logic in the system
* Participation in the implementation of changes and automation of accounting

Requirements for the candidate
Professional:
* Experience in financial accounting / controlling / economics
* Understanding of B2B processes and distribution logic
* Confident work with financial data and reporting
* Experience with ERP-systems
* Excellent mastery of Excel / Google Sheets

* Attention to details and numbers
* Analytical thinking
* Systematic and responsible
* Ability to work with large amounts of data
* Communicability and ability to interact with different departments.
