Financial controller-analyst in Avalon

In connection with the expansion of our team, we are looking for a financial analyst. Our wishes: experience of working as a financial analyst/financial manager; work experience in auditing, international or "big 4" companies; PC knowledge: 1C, confident user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel (will be checked at the interview); knowledge of basic financial indicators; knowledge of basic forms of financial reporting; knowledge of the English language (will be an advantage); knowledge of the basics of IFRS standards. Functional duties: Prepare periodic management reports (sales, receivables, P&L, other reports at the request of management); Carry out calculations regarding the profitability of new projects/business lines; Participation in the development of the annual of the budget of individual projects/areas of activity; Collection and processing of primary information on actual receipts/expenses of individual projects/areas of activity on a monthly basis; Investigation of the causes of deviations of actual results from the budgeted ones (plan/fact analysis); Updating of the annual budget of individual projects/areas of activity on a quarterly basis basis; Participation in the development of internal policies and procedures that regulate the activities of individual projects/areas of activity (tendering, financial policies, etc.); Participation in the process of annual financial audit of the activities of individual projects/areas of activity, if necessary; Participation in the implementation of the tender policy of individual projects/areas activities as necessary; Participation in the coordination of payments (planned and urgent).
