Requirements: work at agricultural enterprises engaged in growing tomatoes and other crops, as well as experience in building accounting, control and analysis at such enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting and reporting:· Participation in the preparation of consolidated financial and management reporting in accordance with IFRS;
• Quality control of accounting and management accounting;
• Budgeting and planning:· Participation in preparation of consolidated and individual budgets of companies;
• Preparation of forecast models of costs for the purposes of the Budget and the S&OP process· Preparation of forecast models of tax planning, CF and CAPEX planning for a horizon of 1-5 years;
• Support for decision-making:· Calculation of the payback of operational and investment projects;
• In-depth analysis of the cost structure and other costs;
• Optimization and automation: Automation of the preparation of management reporting in the accounting system; Description and optimization of the company's business processes; Formation of requirements, setting of tasks and control of their implementation by programmers during the creation of internal analytical tools — OLAP cubes; Support of business processes and financial controls in the agricultural sector. Necessary skills:·
  • Working with data in Excel;
  • Knowledge of basic accounting transactions.
