Financial controller in Resorcer

We are looking for candidates for the position of Financial Controller for our client, a Ukrainian investment group that manages a diversified portfolio of assets. 

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Management of the development process of the internal control system and standard procedures for the company
• Monthly analysis of financial data, routine controls
• Reconciliation of management and financial reporting
• li>Help in the automation of processes, to reduce the amount of manual works
• Monthly inspection of purchases based on sample tests
• Development of internal financial controlling policy and internal audit
• Controls of the timeliness of issued invoices
• Improvement of forms and reporting formats - P&L, CF, balance. Verification of the reliability of data and the correct recognition of various items of income and expenses
• Participation in the annual budgeting process
• Creating an internal audit system and managing the process of conducting it on a regular basis
• Control execution of agreements
• Creation of a receivables control system
• Process adjustment and participation in inventory.

Qualification requirements:

• Completed higher education in the field of accounting/finance/economics
• Work experience of 5 years or more in the financial sphere, in particular as a financial controller or internal auditor
• Experience in Big-4 auditing, consulting companies - considered
• Understanding the principles of building management and accounting
• Experience in preparing financial statements (BS, PL, CF)
• Experience in integrating IT solutions for controlling
• Ability to work in 1C/ BAS
• Excellent working skills with MS Excel, MS Power Point, Google sheets.
