To continue winning, we need a team of the best. That's why we are currently looking for an experienced Finance Controller, who will be able to ensure and adjust the quality control of the company's financial reporting.

Skill pack for quality performance of tasks:

• 3+ years of experience in the field of finance;
• 1+ years of experience in financial controlling;
• confident command of Excel or GSheets;

• high communication skills, the ability to find diplomatic solutions when working with a large number of stakeholders;
• knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level.

Would be an advantage:

• work experience in international companies
• work experience in Big 4
• Advanced English and above

What tasks await you:

• management of the development process of the internal control system and standard procedures for the company;
• monthly analysis of financial data, routine controls;
• reconciliation of management and financial reporting;
• help in automating processes to reduce the amount of manual work;
• monthly inspection of purchases based on sample tests;
• interaction with cross-functional teams (sales, production, marketing, HR, etc.);
• direct participation in the implementation of IFRS / US GAAP in all jurisdictions of the group;
• participation in internal policy development.
