Financial controller in InnovateRecruit

Congratulations! We are an international group of restaurants that brings together different gastronomic concepts aimed at creating a unique culinary experience. Our restaurants are located in the key gastronomic cities of the world between Europe, Indonesia, the UAE, Ukraine and the USA.

We are looking for a financial expert who will become a key link between investors and financial directors of 8 restaurants, and will ensure transparency and efficiency of financial processes.

This role is for a leader who is not afraid of responsibility and knows how to identify financial problems and inconsistencies. If you understand the specifics of the restaurant business and are ready to contribute to the development of world-class gastronomy, this position is for you!

Main duties

• Analysis of financial indicators and results of restaurant operations
• Monthly and quarterly analysis of income and expenses
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of current processes and development of recommendations to increase profitability and financial disciplines
• Comparison of actual financial results with planned and market standards
• Monitoring compliance of financial indicators with approved budgets and plans
• Checking transactions for signs of fraud or financial manipulation

• Identification of unreasonable costs or inflated prices for purchases or services
• Communication with financial directors of restaurants
• Preparation of analytical reports reports and reporting for investors, including reports on suspicious transactions
• Development of strategic recommendations and their justification to investors

Requirements

• Work experience of 3-5 years in the positions of Financial Controller, Financial Analyst, Head of Finance, CFO (experience in the restaurant business or HoReCa will be an advantage)
• Participation in the projects of international companies will be significant plus
• Deep understanding of financial documents (P&L, Cash Flow, etc.).
• High level of analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Ability to interact effectively with teams from different countries
• Skills in strategic planning and solving existing financial problems
• English at Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher
