Subordination to the head of the financial department

KEY DUTIES:

• Control of budgets: collection and control in the ERP system of budgets of production and functional structural units responsible for spending funds, analysis of deviations , organization of the process of coordination of items outside the budget.
• Control over purchase requests: control and approval of purchase requests and contracts, control of compliance with budget amounts, collection of information from applicants, analysis of items outside the plan and their coordination.< /li>
• Operational control over costs: consolidation of information on agreed applications and cost plans, analysis of costs and deviations from approved budgets, formation of operational plans on a regular basis (month, quarter, year).
• Preparation additional data for management reporting in terms of expenses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Analytical abilities. Ability to work\systematize\analyze large volumes of information;
• Knowledge of EXCEL – professional level;
• Experience of working in similar positions for at least 3 years, preferably in production companies;

• Education – higher economic\financial.
