Responsibilities
* Conducting individual consultations with clients regarding financial planning and insurance products.
* Analysis of clients’ financial needs and selection of optimal solutions (cumulative insurance, life insurance, pension programs, etc.).
* Building long-term relationships with clients, support and maintenance of existing contracts.
* Search for new clients and development of own client base bases.
* Participation in educational programs and trainings of the company (professional growth in the field of financial consulting).
* Implementation of planned sales indicators and reporting to the team leader.
Requirements
* Education: higher or partial higher (economic, financial, legal or related - an advantage).
* Ability to communicate with people, high level emotional intelligence.
* Willingness to learn and develop in the field of personal finance and insurance.
* Responsibility, focus, positive thinking.
* Experience in sales, banking or insurance — will be a plus, but not mandatory.
