Financial business partner/ business analyst in Syngenta

The Syngenta company, a leader in the international market of seeds and plant protection products, is opening a competition for experienced and ambitious specialists for the vacancy Financial business partner/ business analyst.

Goal positions:

Position Finance Business Partner/Analyst responsible for financial planning and analysis to support the Syngenta Crop Protection business unit in Ukraine. A key focus is to provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on relevant financial indicators to make relevant business decisions. 

Main duties:

• Month Close: Analyze monthly financials, provide feedback to stakeholders and ensure reporting accuracy.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct timely and in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions.

• Budgeting processes and Forecasting: Regularly update P&L forecasts, taking into account recent market trends and internal factors.

• Business Review Process: Maintain the BPR process by providing meaningful commentary and focusing on robust forecasts.

• Tool Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of business intelligence and predictive analysis tools.

Our candidate has:

• Higher education in economics or finance
• 3+ years of experience in finance and controlling
• Deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Knowledge of Excel and SAP required, experience with business intelligence systems
• Ability to work with data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present
• Fluency in English
