Areas of responsibility: Control of financial indicators: Ensuring accurate monitoring of financial indicators of all company departments. Analysis of indicators: Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, deviations and opportunities for optimization .Writing Terms of Reference (TOR): Designing and writing TOR to create new financial reports in Tableau, working closely with Data Analysts to implement them.Planning and Management Reporting: Collaborating with the CFO to develop financial plans, budgeting and create management reporting to ensure transparency of financial processes. Our ideal candidate has: Higher education in the field of finance, economics, or accounting. From 3 years of work experience in financial analysis or in similar positions. High level of mastery of Excel, experience with BI-systems such as Tableau. Ability to deeply analyze data, identify trends and provide recommendations based on the results obtained. Ability to clearly and succinctly present financial information both in written and oral forms. Experience in effective interaction with various departments of the company to ensure the achievement of common goals. Ability to effectively manage time and priorities in conditions of multitasking.
