Financial Analyst (Revenue Recognition) in HR Capital (Recruitment)

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking partner obligations and revenue shares to ensure accurate calculations and timely payments. You will support accurate revenue and expense recognition by assisting with financial processes related to billing. Your attention to detail and proficiency in Excel will be essential in delivering reliable financial reporting and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities: 

Partner Obligations and Revenue Share Tracking:

• Track and manage financial obligations related to revenue-sharing agreements. 
• Help ensure revenue shares are calculated accurately and distributed to partners on time. 
• Reconcile partner payments and address any discrepancies. 
• Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to support compliance with contractual terms. 

Revenue and Expense Recognition:

• Accurately calculate and record expense allocations related to revenue-generating activities.
• Support contract reviews and help ensure alignment with relevant accounting standards.
• Assist in analyzing key financial trends and metrics related to margin performance. 

Process Improvement and Collaboration:

• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize revenue-related processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to align financial reporting with business goals. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and revenue recognition principles.
• Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis.
• Good communication skills in English (B2+).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
