Position Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with 3+ years of experience, preferably in an international manufacturing company, to support financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a fully remote role with direct exposure to leadership and a direct impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management reports
• Variance analysis (actual vs budget / forecast)
• Support in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Financial modeling (P&L, cash flow, scenario analysis)
• Revenue, cost, margin and profitability analysisEvaluation of investment initiatives and project profitability
• Preparation of financial scenarios (best / base / worst case)
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL and Power BI
• Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Participation in cross-functional projects
• Providing financial insights to support management decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A / controlling / financial analysis
• Experience in a manufacturing company (preferably international) is highly desirable
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Good understanding of budgeting processes and financial planning cycles
• Strong understanding of P&L and cost structure
• Advanced Excel
• Strong SQL skills
• Power BI (dashboard development and visualization)
• Fluent English
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
