Financial analyst (production) in Bisseti

In connection with the expansion to a production enterprise, we are looking for a financial analyst, which can run several production projects at the same time.
Tasks:

• Ensure effective financial planning, risk assessment and cost analysis for projects to create or launch new production facilities. 
• The Financial Analyst works closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers and other departments to ensure project completion within the approved budget and schedule. 
• Development of the project budget for the start of production, taking into account the costs of equipment, raw materials, personnel and logistics. 
• Planning of financial flows for each stage of the project (capital and operational costs). 
• Preparation of forecasts and development scenarios to analyze the impact on the company's financial indicators. 
• Tracking of actual costs compared to the planned budget at all stages of the project. 
• Identification of deviations and development of recommendations for cost optimization. 
• Preparation of regular reports on budget implementation for management. 
• Cooperation with the project team (engineers, logisticians, lawyers) to ensure consistency of financial plans and operational processes. 
• Assessment of the effectiveness of production start-up: comparison of planned and actual costs, analysis of deviations.
• Preparation of conclusions and recommendations for improving future projects.
