About the role:
Great opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to cost competitiveness, forecast accuracy, risk mitigation, and financial opportunity maximization for Coca-Cola Hellenic in Ukraine.

Reporting to the Logistics Finance Manager, this role will work in the areas of supply chain optimization and data analysis, supporting multiple large-scale, complex projects. You will be responsible for translating forecast and modeling results into analytical insights that inform financial and business case recommendations to the company’s Leadership Team.

Your contribution will also include ongoing improvement of existing tools and capabilities, helping the Supply Chain Finance team deliver strategic and impactful results across the organization.

Our new team member needs to:

  • Have a Higher University degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or Management;
  • Bring at least 1.5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Audit;
  • Be confident working with MS Excel (SAP and Power BI will be as advantage);
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data into key insights;
  • Possess excellent analytical and numerical thinking;
  • Have at least an intermediate level of English;
  • Have experience in FMCG (will be as advantage).

You can be successful in this role if:

  • You control Logistics OPEX (Distribution, Warehousing and Haulage) through established processes, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain so that financials reflect the best estimates;
  • You analyze and explain variances versus prior estimations, identifying and linking the underlying drivers;
  • You partner with the Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) team to enhance profitability and optimize movement and maintenance costs, while supporting Business Cases and CAPEX Investment Appraisals;
  • You deliver accurate forecasts and analysis during the Rolling Estimate Process and contribute to the annual Logistics OPEX Business Planning;
  • You demonstrate a proactive approach in supporting RTM initiatives, developing analytics for Business Cases and cost optimization;
  • You collaborate with Logistics Managers (warehouse, distribution, customer logistics, CDE) to incorporate input costs and identify Risks and Opportunities in OPEX assumptions;
  • You support Business Losses reporting and analysis, including narrative development for provisions and actual write-offs;
  • You ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance with standards, applying quantitative techniques such as statistics, time series analysis, optimization, and simulation to build predictive models;
  • You foster a collaborative culture and drive shared accountability across Finance and Supply Chain teams.
