Provide support to business leaders in understanding financial metrics and forecasts.Budget Coordination: Coordinate the budgeting process by gathering necessary data from various departments and assisting in compiling the information for review.Monthly Financial Reporting: Deliver key forecasting projections, analyzing results, and preparing summaries to help management understand monthly performance against the financial plan.Ad-Hoc Requests: Provide financial analysis and insights for ad-hoc requests from leadership, supporting key decision-making.Technology & Process Improvement: Leverage technology to improve data collection, reporting, and financial analysis processes, ensuring efficient workflows and data accuracy.Financial Compliance Assistance: Ensure financial reports and data are aligned with company policies and internal controls, and comply with applicable regulations.Position Requirements: Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance, or related curriculum. 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (previous experience in a financial analyst role is a plus).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.), MS Office, Power BI, and financial modeling tools. Exposure to planning and budgeting software is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present findings in an easily digestible manner to support decision-making.A keen eye for detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when handling large volumes of data.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals and provide financial guidance.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.CPA, CFA, or CMA a plus but not required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on qualifications, education, and experience.
