Financial analyst / Financial Controller in Profitable Global Affiliates

We are looking for a financial specialist to help control unit economics, cost efficiency and payroll in the affiliate business.

This role is critical to control the profitability of traffic, teams and company scaling.

Responsibilities

Financial model and unit economics

• maintain P&L by unit

• analysis margins

• financial analysis of ROI of advertising expenses

• cash-flow forecasting

Payroll economics

• formation and control of payroll budget

• calculation of % of salary fund to revenue

• point calculation break-even

• financial planning of scaling and new hires

Incentive models and bonuses

• calculation of bonuses of media buyers and teams

• evaluation of the impact of KPIs on margins and profits

• scenario modeling (eg: drop in ROI or revenue)

• control hiring payback and employee ROI

Financial risk control

• analysis of ROI and profitability declines

• identification of financial risks in scaling

• preparation of recommendations for cost optimization

Payroll

• salary and bonus calculation parts

• control of timely payments

Requirements

? experience in financial analysis / unit economics / affiliate / digital business will be an advantage
? understanding ROI, margin, CAC, LTV, ROMI
? experience with budgets and ad spend
? advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
? strong analytical thinking
? attention to detail and systematicity
