Financial Analyst in Netpeak Group

Netpeak Core, namely the finance team, is looking for a Financial Analyst to close the full financial compliance of one of the most promising businesses of the Kiss My Apps Group.
Kiss My Apps is a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in the development of mobile first products.
Over the last year, the total MRR of products , included in Kiss My Apps has grown 6 times, now our products attract up to 1.6M new users every month, and the total audience is already more than 35M users.
Our portfolio includes more than 30 mobile and web products of various categories: Astrology, Utilities , Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, and others.

Professional knowledge and skills:

🔷experience as a financial analyst/manager (in multidisciplinary companies , in groups of companies) from 5 years.
🔷deep knowledge in the field of financial analysis, modeling and forecasting.
🔷practical experience of compiling a complete set of financial statements and understanding the structure of the main formats and indicators of financial reporting.< br/>🔷knowledge of budgeting and cost control methods.
🔷professional user of Excel (preferably Google Sheet), advanced knowledge (complex formulas, financial analysis, financial modeling, construction of boards).
🔷 practical experience of forming analytical reports and infographics based on a large amount of data.
🔷knowledge of the English language – Intermediate (understanding of key financial terms).

Will be a plus:

🔷understanding of the main financial flows of IT businesses, SaaS, mobile App and key indicators (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV).
🔷experience with databases and analytical tools (for example, SQL, Power BI).< br/>

Functional duties:

🔷Financial and budgetary control:

- approval of requests for expenses in the corporate IT-enterprise system

- approval of new agreements and financial flows;

🔷Formation of monthly management reporting:

- preparation of a complete set of financial statements (Cash flow, internal P&L, Balance) for the business as a whole and separately for units,

- implementation of cost distribution by units;

🔷 Analytical support to the CEO and management:

- conducting additional data analysis and calculations, operational reports at the request of the CEO, providing recommendations to help make informed and strategic financial decisions,

- participation in boards and strategic sessions,

🔷Budgeting and planning:

- assistance to the CEO/COO in the formation of budgets, collection, analysis and justification of deviations. 

- participation in the preparation of business plans and investment projects, assessment of their financial feasibility.

🔷Web revenue management:

- comparison and forecasting of web receipts, synchronization of PayPal receipts with P&L and CF (display of turnovers and refunds),

- tracking of transaction groups (batches) coming from different merchant identification numbers (MIDs) and their comparison with processes.

🔷Participation in building an infrastructure service:

- support and implementation of group infrastructure services (legal, HR, financial, payment) between units and the company as a whole on a paid basis and integration of these services in financial reporting and company policy.

Kiss My Apps- is part of the Netpeak Group. Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter Russian propaganda. Some of them are in cooperation with partners, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and cyber police. There are several areas of volunteer projects in which we take part: content creation, advertising in social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, humanitarian aid. The team of the NGO "My City", which is part of the Netpeak Group, together with volunteers, is currently engaged in ensuring the livelihood of animal shelters, and also helps with the purchase of necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
