Main tasks:
- Preparation of regular reports and financial models;
- Monitoring the implementation of the budget and identifying deviations;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of business units and new initiatives;
- Interaction with business on financial planning issues;
- Support of audits and investor inquiries.
- Analysis of the performance of group companies and individual business areas;
- Control of the achievement of budget indicators by business areas;
- Working with business to increase the efficiency of financial results;
- Verification of financial statements: analysis of CF, PL and management reports;
- Analysis of individual expenditure items, factor analysis of significant deviations, preparation of explanations;
- Search for ways to optimize costs and prepare recommendations;
- Consultations and expert support in financial matters within project teams;
- Participation in the automation of financial accounting and reporting.
- 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or financial controller;
- Knowledge of management accounting principles, experience in financial analysis;
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and accounting;
- Experience of automation of financial reporting;
- Advanced level of work in Microsoft Excel (Power Query/Pivot will be a plus);
- English - intermediate level (B1+);
- Developed communication skills, both oral and written;
- High analytical skills.
Will be a plus: - Experience in e-commerce, retail or a fast-paced business environment;
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau);
- Experience in automating financial processes and working with large data sets.
