Financial analyst in SMK RETAIL

We are looking for a financial analyst who will help us evaluate investment projects, calculate their profitability, payback and other key performance indicators. If you have experience with NPV, IRR, and you have financial analysis tools - we would be happy to see you in our team.

Main duties:< /p>

1.         Evaluation of investment projects:         Calculation of NPV (net present value), IRR (internal rate of return), payback period and other financial indicators.         Analysis of cash flows (Cash Flow) and financial efficiency of projects.

2.         Financial modeling:

•           Creation of predictive financial models for investment decisions.
•           Development of scenario analysis for risk assessment.

3.         Preparation of analytical reports:

•           Formation of reports and presentations for management with recommendations on investment projects.

4.         Project implementation control: Monitoring of financial indicators in the process of project implementation. Analysis of deviations from planned indicators. 5.         Optimization of solutions:

•           Development of recommendations to increase the profitability of projects.

Requirements for the candidate:

< li>         Experience as a financial analyst / investment analyst.
•          Knowledge of key investment evaluation methods: NPV, IRR, Payback Period.
•    Proficiency in Excel at a high level (working with financial models, macros).
•          Ability to work with analytical systems (Power BI, SAP or similar).
•          Analytical thinking, attention to detail and skills work with a large amount of data.
•          Higher education in the field of finance, economics, accounting or mathematics.
