Financial analyst in Gorgany — eksperti z turistichnogo sporyadzhennya

Gorgany is 5 directions of development (retail, B2B, e-commerce, own production - brand Turbat, social projects ), more than 17 global outdoor brands and thousands of customers who have already become our friends.

We need a Financial Analyst with practical experience to join the team construction of management accounting processes and analysis of financial results.

The main tasks of the role will be consolidation and prompt display of the company's work results and analysis of financial results at different levels.

Role:< /p>

• regular update of management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)

• ensuring compliance with the company's internal regulations

• data analysis of business key performance indicators (KPIs)

• conducting financial analysis (profitability, cost efficiency, product/project margin)

• development of forecasts of income, expenses and financial flows

• analysis of deviations of actual indicators from the planned ones, identification of causes and provision of recommendations

• forming reports on the profitability of brands, categories, sales channels, marketing campaigns

• preparation of financial results for heads of departments and the company

• participation in drawing up and consolidating the company's budget and monitoring the implementation of budget indicators

• participation in the implementation and optimization of financial reporting automation tools

What is important for this role?

• knowledge of accounting systems (1C/SAP/other)

• data analysis and management skills

• experience in the formation of management reporting

• experience in financial planning and analysis of financial results

• knowledge of accounting

• proficiency in English at B1 level

• mandatory knowledge of MS Excel at an above average level (Power Pivot, Power Query)

• proactivity, sincerity and teamwork skills
