Financial analyst in VSK Consulting, Rekrutingova kompaniya

For our customer, who is engaged in the import and retail sale of collectible goods, has six retail stores (Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Odesa) and Internet trade, we are looking for a financial analyst.

Requirements for the candidate:

Higher professional education

High analytical abilities

Scrupulous approach to numbers and reporting

Financial expertise and Hard skills: the ability to build reports, budget, control processes.

High Excel skills

Responsibility (including for the quality/reliability of financial reports)

Communicability: the ability to argue and defend one's opinion (if necessary, to be able to convince management, etc.)

The ability to set plans and work towards their achievement

Responsibilities:

Adaptation, structuring and improvement (including through automation) of the current accounting management system in order to achieve operational and reliable data at each accounting station

Building financial reports:CF, PL, BL, net profit and budget model (but not mechanically, but with critical evaluation / analysis and suggestions)

Analysis and control of cash flows, liquidity, balances (including merchandise, generalized)

Performance of economic calculations: calculation of the cost of imported goods, control of markup / marginality, etc.

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Keeping records of investment projects (e.g. opening new stores: calculating the budget, payback period, profitability and the level of impact on the overall health of the company)

Distribution of processes (in including mechanical by type of postings) between fin. specialists and accounting

Active interaction with the head of the company in order to control / discuss current financial indicators, search for new growth points, control of management decisions (minimization of false ones)
