Financial Analyst in SOC Prime, Inc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models to evaluate company performance and growth potential.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Support financial due diligence efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess target companies' risks, liabilities, and financial performance.
• Support the fundraising process by conducting audits to validate financial data and ensure compliance with investor requirements.
• Assist in creating and managing company budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and recommend improvements in resource allocation.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve financial health and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling.
• Prior experience in conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or other investments.
• Experience in supporting fundraising efforts through audits and financial validation.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools such as Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivables, Invoicing and Revenue Recognition.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with US financial regulations and compliance standards related to due diligence and fundraising.
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• English level - Advanced.
