What You Will Do:

Vista is building a world-class finance organization and we are seeking a highly motivated Financial Manager to join the team. This role will support the Depositphotos, VistaCreate and DIY business directions, including management reporting and financial planning activities. This remote-first position will report to Director of Finance in Cyprus.

— Perform financial reporting and analysis for Depositphotos, VistaCreate and DIY business directions, including:

• Analyze and interpret data to understand key drivers of the financial results to drive actionable insights.
• Build & refresh standardized reports and write analysis for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for finance leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring KPI metrics and maintain a pulse on Design & Digital performance.
• Drive reporting and process improvements with key users and stakeholders.

— Support our management reporting activities, including:

• Support the annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.
• Support the month-end close process including review of accounting entries and collaboration with Accounting teams to deliver timely and insightful analysis of operating results.
• Be a super user of Vista’s financial reporting tools (SAP, OneStream, Coupa).
• Communicate across the Design & Digital organization and corporate stakeholders.

— Complete ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed.

— Collaboration with stakeholders from business units in mutual projects to support better financial performance.

— Lead projects related to DPH/VC integration to Vista financial framework and infrastructure and support cross-functional project as a lead from FP&A side.

— Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

— Support PL awareness and targets among the leadership team.

— Acts as a leader for other team members and backup for the Director of Finance of DIY, VC, and Depositphotos.

— 3-5+ years progressive work experience in FP&A or similar fields.

— Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.

— Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

— Strong understanding of financial statements and profitability drivers.

— Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail combined with the ability to step back and understand the big picture.

— Proactive approach and ability to drive processes independently.

— Advanced Excel skills (eg. Tables).

— Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

— Experience with SAP, Odoo, Coupa, or OneStream will be a plus.

— Experience in audit and Tech Product companies will be a plus.
