OUR REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Higher economic education/accounting and auditing;
  • Availability international certificates DipIFR, CIMA, CAP/CIPA, etc. will be an advantage.

Work experience:

  • Experience of working as a financial analyst/deputy financial director at a manufacturing enterprise from 2 years;
  • Experience of working in finance and economics from 5 years.
  • Professional knowledge and skills:
  • High analytical abilities;
  • Knowledge of basic reports (forms) of financial and management reporting, principles of its construction and relationships ;
  • Understanding the principles of building and functioning of the budgeting system;
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel and 1C: Enterprise;
  • Understanding the principles of product costing;
  • Skills in building financial and economic models for individual lines of business or prospective projects;
  • Project management (participation in projects) of financial/management accounting system automation;
  • Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP/SRM systems will be an advantage.

Main duties:

1. Collection and consolidation of data for the Payment Calendar (quarterly, monthly, weekly).

2. Control of the correctness of the display of business operations by employees of related departments in management accounting.

3. Control of the compliance of the display of operations on the bases of management and accounting.

4. Analysis and evaluation of the financial results of the enterprise. Preparation of management reporting during the closing of the period.

5. Organization of the budget planning process (calculation of planned indicators, collection of actual data, analysis of deviations).

6. Organization of the analysis of all types of enterprise expenses with the aim of further optimization of expenses.

7. Calculation of economic efficiency of projects.

8. Compilation of analytical reports at the request of management.

9. Calculation of economic efficiency of projects

10. Interaction with banks regarding current issues of operational activities, as well as issues of attracting financing.

Knowledge of languages:

Ukrainian - fluent

Russian - fluent

Business and personal qualities: strong communication and presentation skills, result-oriented, high level of self-organization and efficiency, proactivity, analytical mindset, stress resistance, ability to think outside the box and find a way out of difficult situations.
