Financial analyst in Lobby X

Employer - a robotics manufacturing company, miltech direction.

KEY DUTIES:

• Support of the budget, forecast, management reporting for a separate functional direction of expenses (rent, expenses for personnel, legal services, etc.); 
• Collection of planning data, consolidation and verification, analysis of reliability and correctness of calculations; 
• Budget control of submitted applications for payment and data provided in the budget / payment calendar; 
• Plan / fact analysis of monthly budgets, explanation of deviations; 
• Participation in the formation of management reporting; 
• Participation in the formation of the annual budget; 
• Formation of monthly forecasts of the implementation of the annual budget for a separate production direction / project; 
• Conducting an analysis (plan-fact, scenario, factor, sensitivity analysis) according to the functional direction of expenses.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Experience of the budget process at the enterprise; 
• Understanding the formation of financial statements (PL, BS, CF); 
• Confident user of MS Excel; 
• Experience of working in a manufacturing enterprise in a similar role is welcome; 
• Proactive approach and focus on results. 
• Interaction with other units during the execution of thetribute; 
• Analytical mindset, the ability to understand and analyze the factors of change.
