Financial analyst in Karitas-Spes Ukrayina

Requirements: PC: Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365, BAF.

Main duties of this role: prepares information, reports with financial flows for the project(s) implemented by Caritas-Space Ukraine, prepares forecasts and reports on time, participates in meetings with donors and agencies.

Duties:

• Participation in the development of project budgets;
• Evaluation and recommendations regarding the approval or rejection of budget proposals and funding requests;
• Monitoring of expenditures to ensure their compliance with the budget;
• Checking the package of documents submitted for payment from the national office and cells;
• Setting payments in the client bank, making bank payments in BAF, coding according to budget articles;
• Monitoring of financial results during the period to achieve budget forecasts;
• Participation in the determination of financial or operational risks related to the execution of the contract or project;
• Consulting of local offices on the preparation of reports and the preparation of the package documents for audit;
• Preparation of summary reports on the project status;
• Communication with donor and partner organizations;
