Cash assistance registrar (FOP) in Rokada, BF BO

ROKADA Charitable Foundation is looking for a Financial Aid Registrar (FOP).

Your main tasks:

• Register internally displaced persons to receive financial aid

• Advise aid recipients and explain procedures

• Work with conflict situations politely and effectively

• Keep reports and monitor accuracy of entered data

• Comply with the agreed criteria and rules of the program

• Follow the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation

What we expect from you:

• Higher education

• Awareness of humanitarian principles and human rights standards

• Knowledge computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to work "in the field" (outside the office)

• Good communication skills, tolerance and attention to details

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language

• Availability of FOP (group 3), or willingness to register in tight deadlines

• Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting deadlines

• Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility
