Financial aid expert in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

The International Charitable Foundation "Caritas of Ukraine" (CU) announces a competition for the vacant position Expert in monetary assistance

Main duties:

?    Regular participation in Cash Working Group (CWG) meetings at national and regional levels, working subgroups

?    CWG, other initiative groups to share information, coordinate approaches to program implementation and ensure

?    Coordination with other participants;

?    Development of SOPs, methodology, procedures, in accordance with the recommendations of the class, humanitarian standards;

?    Collection of data on multi-purpose cash assistance programs (MCA) and input to the cluster's reporting platforms;

?    Providing support to teams in the regions, including training staff on MPCA procedures;

?    Ensuring integration of MPCA with other assistance programs;?    Monitoring compliance with procedures, SOPs and policies in projects;

?    Help in writing projects with an IRS component.

Requirements:

?    Complete higher education

?    Experience working with multi-purpose financial aid or other types of financial aid is preferred

?    English - Fluency

?    Presentation skills

?    Develop documents - methodologies

Necessary knowledge and skills:

?    Excellent communication skills (including public speaking),

 ?    Data analysis and coordination, 

?    Ability to conduct trainings and education, systematic,

?    Ability to effectively plan work processes, 

?    High level of responsibility
