The charity organization "Saving Angels" Charitable Fund is looking for a Financial assistance coordinator
Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of affected families during hostilities in Ukraine and need help.
Requirements:
- Management of MPCA/CVA programs - full implementation cycle
- Working with data - Excel, Kobo, databases, list validation
- Financial processes — formation of payment information, control of payments
- Development of SOPs and policies - MPCA procedures, selection criteria
- Deduplication and verification — verification of beneficiaries
- Monitoring and Reporting (MEAL) — PDM, Analysis, Donor Reports
- Working with systems — Activity Info, Building Blocks,
- Risk management — fraud prevention, compliance control
- Coordination of payments - interaction with banks/providers
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of cash assistance programs
- Coordination of all stages of the program cycle: registration of beneficiaries, verification, selection committees, payments, PDM (post-distribution monitoring). Development and updating: SOP for MPCA, vulnerability criteria, application forms and declarations of selection procedures (committees, protocols)
- Ensuring compliance with: fund policies, donor requirements (UNHCR, WFP, etc.), Cash Working Group standards. Management of the payment process, Control of the full cycle of payments: formation of information, checking of lists (deduplication), approval of payments, Coordination with: financial department.
- Verification and selection of beneficiaries. Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (MEAL)
- Coordination with partners and clusters.
- Adherence to standards and compliance.
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of the context — understanding of the humanitarian situation and the needs of IDPs
- Basic legal knowledge — working with beneficiary documents
- Intersectoral coordination — integration with shelter, protection, FSL
- English language - work with donors and reporting
