Requirements:
 

● Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

● Strong communication skills.

● Detail-oriented, efficient, and responsible.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry and 3 years in accounting and finance.

● Proficiency in Google Docs.

● Experience with Master Accounting software.

● Familiarity with labor legislation.

● Experience managing the full accounting cycle for a legal entity.

● Expertise in the Dia tax system.

● English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
 

Responsibilities:
 

● Oversee the complete accounting cycle for Dia City, including bookkeeping, labor settlements, and tax reporting.

● Ensure compliance with labor legislation for Dia City.

● Manage the entire reservation process within the company.

● Prepare and submit tax documentation and reports to the Tax Authorities.

● Handle agreements with gig workers and NDAs.

● Contribute to the development and refinement of internal departmental processes and policies.
