Finance Support Group Specialist

Functional duties:

• Verification of invoices.
• Posting of services, MC, including import, transfer, write-off.
• Accounting of MC by storage locations, inventory, etc.
• Reconciliation of settlements with suppliers, including non-residents, with customs.
• Preparation of data for reports at the request of the chief accountant.
• Providing data for audits, inspections.

Our requirements:

• Higher economic education (accounting, economics, finance).
• Proficiency in English (level B1/B2 mandatory) and Polish (preferred).

• A confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and SAP (preferred).
• Experience in international companies.
• Ability to work in a team and the ability to take responsibility for results of his work.
