Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial assessments, support capacity building and manage grant implementation.
• Review financial sections of partnership agreements and ensure compliance with Oxfam and donor requirements.
• Control financial reporting of partners, provide feedback and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Cooperate with program and financial teams for accurate donor reporting.
• Upload partners' expenses and reconcile them with budget codes.
• Conduct regular financial audits and organize trainings for partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation for grant payments and compliance with financial systems.
• Support during audits and storage of partner files for future use.

Requirements and Experience:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, experience in budgeting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong numbers skills, attention to detail, knowledge accounting standards.
• Ability to conduct financial management training.
• Commitment to Oxfam's goals, including gender equality and diversity.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian is an advantage.

Finance Partnership Coordinator oversees financial management and program support for Oxfam's partnerships. Role involves reviewing financial reports, collaborating with program teams, leading capacity-building sessions, and supporting audits.
