General information about the employee role:
Finance Specialist - SFO) in close cooperation with the Fair Financial Specialist (hereinafter referred to as FC) and the Managerof Financial Matters (hereinafter referred to as FM), and performs the duties listed- verification of the first edition of partnership agreements and additional agreements to them, financial appendices to partnership agreementsregulations and amendments to them;
- numerical verification of partners' budgets at all stages of partnership;
- control of completeness and correctness (numerical verification, application of exchange rates, eligibility of expenses based on analysis of accounting records, etc.) of financial reports of partners and accompanying documentation submitted together with reports in accordance with the terms of partnership agreements;
- communication with responsible persons of finance partners regarding conclusions in financial reports, accompanying documentation;
- receiving the corrected and initially missing documentation;
- uploading financial reports and accompanying documentation in ELO to partners' report folders;
- preparation of Excel tables for import into NAVISION;
increasing the financial capacity of partners by conducting trainings and consultations;
participating in kick-off meetings with partners and creating presentations;
receive and send scans via FTP, email, etc.; upload scans of partner documents via ELO Enterprise to ELO;
prepare PAFs (Payment Approval Forms) for partner organizations;
obey the Financial Security Rules, especially the confidentiality rules;
responsible for the correctness and completeness of the provided information;
Qualification requirements:
