About your new job:

As a member of the Supply Chain Finance team, this role plays an integral part in enabling cost competitiveness, forecast accuracy, mitigating risk and maximizing opportunities for Coca-Cola Hellenic in Ukraine, Armenia and Moldova. Logistics Finance Manager is an expert in the areas of supply chain optimization and data analysis and is responsible for translating forecast/modeling results into analytical insights that drive financial and business case recommendations to company Leadership Team. This position will oversee multiple large-scale, complex projects and support ongoing process improvement for existing tools / capabilities through our internal change the business initiatives.
 
Our new team member needs to:

  • Higher university degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or Management;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Audit;
  • Be proficient in MS Excel, SAP, and Power BI (will be an advantage);
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills;
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into simple key messages;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English;
  • Be open-minded and proactive in driving change;
  • Experience in FMCG/Logistics (will be an advantage);

You can be successful in this role if:

  • You ensure Logistics OPEX control through a performance management system, analyzing variances and connecting them with cost drivers and Logistics KBIs (DIFOTAI, Demand Variability, Out of Stock, Inventory Levels);
  • You collaborate with the Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) team to improve profitability, optimize movement and maintenance costs, and support business cases and CAPEX investment appraisals;
  • You provide accurate forecasting and analysis during the Rolling Estimate Process and lead the Logistics OPEX Business Planning Process;
  • You proactively partner with RTM initiatives, developing analytics to support business cases and cost optimization;
  • You support productivity initiatives related to Infrastructure/Capacity Projects while developing OPEX contingency/mitigation plans;
  • You work closely with Logistics Managers (warehouse, distribution, customer logistics, CDE team) to incorporate cost assumptions and identify risks and opportunities;
  • You are responsible for Business Losses reporting and analysis, including provisions and actual write-offs, presenting results in the S&OP BU meeting;
  • You ensure data quality, accessibility, interoperability, and compliance with standards, applying statistical and analytical techniques for predictions and insights;
  • You foster a collaborative culture and joint accountability with other Finance and Supply Chain teams;
  • You create an open and diverse team environment where constructive feedback is regularly provided.
