Finance Manager (Bookkeeper) in Ally Assist s.r.o.

For our client we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in managing the financial operations of US-based companies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in US tax regulations, QuickBooks, and IRS compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations, including preparation and submission of tax returns.Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other financial management software.Liaise with the IRS and other regulatory bodies as needed.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, specifically with US-based companies.In-depth knowledge of US tax regulations and experience with tax preparation and compliance.Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management software.Experience working with the IRS and managing regulatory compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Fully remote position.55.000 - 61.500 UAH/monthPaid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.If you think you might be a good fit for this role, please apply.We’re looking forward to hearing from you.
