Finance Manager/Analyst in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

DTEK Oil&Gas is the largest Ukraine's  private gas producer engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas, oil and gas condensate. 

RESPONSOBILITIES:

• International and domestic analytics of gas and liquid hydrocarbon markets (oil, condensate)
• Building market price forecasts based on available research with a factor-by-factor analysis of the impact for business planning.
• Communication with the key stakeholders (financial and operational management, analysts), as well as partners, international traders, and international auditors.
• Development of the oil and gas group's international activities and improvement of the benchmarking system
• Working with international oil and gas auditors to prepare a Competent Person's Report (CPR) to confirm the estimation of hydrocarbon reserves and reserves at the fields.
• Working with economic and business models (including building financial and investment models) of projects in cooperation with leading analysts of the group (including DCF, CAPM, WACC tools and models).
• Updating and standardizing data for economic models, management reporting and regular comprehensive internal corporate reports
• Conducting technical, operational, financial due diligence
• Project management of international corporate structures
• Building a reporting system in the commercial function.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in finance/investment management or others
• 7+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• 3+ years of experience in finance, as an analyst.

SKILLS:

• Deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Think-Cell) 
• Skills of building financial models 
• Understanding of M&A process (support)
• Understanding the interdependence of business processes 
• Knowledge of business planning of the commercial function.
• English - Upper-Intermediate (must)
