Finance Manager (Affilka) in Pro Gaming Software, LTD

We are a dynamic product-based I-Gaming company with 10+ well-known B2C gaming brands.
Our company was founded in 2020 by a group of talented top managers, and we’ve grown to a team of 500+ people! We are regular participants in international conferences, and our brands are well-respected and popular among customers.
Due to the active expansion of our team, we are seeking a Finance Manager (Affilka) to manage partner-related operations.

What we expect:

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

• Analytical mindset, ability to work with large datasets, attention to numbers, and accuracy in calculations

• Knowledge of transactions, banking operations, payment tools, and interactions between payment participants

• Responsibility and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Preparing reports and making payments to partners

• Preparing reports comparing deposits and withdrawals in the CRM and budget

• Managing accounts receivable and monitoring balances on partner accounts

• Monitoring manual adjustments to partners' gaming balances

• Overseeing guarantee deductions for partners

• Managing payments for the company’s partner program

• Controlling invoice payments, accounting for discounts, and handling refunds for services provided

• Providing financial support to partners on financial matters
