Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations and regional financial management in Europe, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine
- Lead the monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes using Power BI, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting, coordinate planning and ensure that all processes and procedures are aligned and efficient.
- Setup and implementation of all procedures in Business Central.
- Reporting to Board of Directors.
- Participate in investor relations, supporting communications and financial transparency.
- Fundraising support (Data collection).
- Tax optimizations based on different locations.
- Cash flow control and PnL.
- Working with Banks and other financial institutions in different regions.
- Monitor and manage currency risk exposure.
- Transactions Management for payment systems like Wise, Revolute, and optimization of the process.
