We announce vacant position of Finance Business Partner.
Key responsibilities:
Forecasting & Planning
- Lead the sales forecasting processes in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance team
- Support annual and quarterly planning cycles with robust data models and scenario analysis
- Lead planning processes submission into SAP Analytics Clouds (SAC) system
- Produce analyses that drive actionable insight, directly influencing sales strategies and brand growth
Sales Performance & Insights
- Analyse sales performance across channels, products, and customers
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact revenue and profitability
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support sales strategy and execution
- Drive profitability through pricing and TS management as well mix improvements
Cross?Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing team
- Provide analytical support for pricing decisions, promotions, customer negotiations, and go?to?market initiatives
- Active participate in business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions
Data Preparation & Presentation
- Participate in preparing data for internal and external meetings
- Be ready to present insights clearly and confidently to senior management, sales leadership, and cross?functional teams
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of all materials presented
We expect:
- Master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics
- Progress toward CIMA qualification — minimum 2/3 completed, holding the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, or at least the Diploma in Performance Management (P2 + P1)
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to confidently present analytical insights to senior leadership
- 10 + years of experience in sales analytics, commercial finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with SAC, Fusion is a strong advantage
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and commercial drivers
- An entrepreneurial approach to problem?solving, proactively identifying new opportunities to grow revenue and improve commercial performance
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high?quality outputs under tight deadlines.
