Our International Reporting and Tax Compliance Team is looking for a Finance & Reporting Analyst to help us improve the process of building financial statements for a group of companies SKELAR in different jurisdictions (EU, UK, US, Asia).

- Obtain expertise in structuring operations, audit coordination and tax compliance

- Have the opportunity to quickly make decisions and promptly implement ideas — a minimum of bureaucracy in adoption of decisions
Your area of responsibility will include:
- Coordination of financial reporting audits: for audits of group companies: preparation of financial statements, communication with auditors, resolution of issues arising during the audit.
- Preparation of financial statements:on a regular basis prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensuring tax compliance:
- Cooperate with external accountantsframework and tax consultants, in the process of preparing and submitting income tax returns
- Preparation of forecasts on the tax burden: gathering information from stakeholders, preparing a planned P&L and communicating with external consultants to comply with the tax compliance
- Monitoring compliance with target ETR indicators
- Development and implementation of new processes:analysis of current processes through the prism of business challenges, preparing options for improving the existing system, implementing changes and gathering feedback
- Structuring operations:participating in projects to structure internal and external operations
- Leadership in projects:managing others compliance projects as needed, depending on business priorities
What's important to us:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading international auditing companies (Big-4/Tier-2) or in financial departments of international companies
- Experience in preparing/auditing all forms of financial statements according to IFRS
- High level of self-organization and the ability to successfully manage several projects at the same time
- Sure analytical skills and critical thinking
- Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or above
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office / Google tools
- Availability of international qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, CIMA (completed or in the process of obtaining) will be a significant advantage
