We are hiring a Finance Analyst for our client — a global, science-driven organization operating in a fast-paced, international environment. In this role, you will partner with senior finance leadership and business stakeholders, contributing directly to planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across multiple markets.

Your Key Responsibilities
Business Planning
Prepare and submit Middle Month Sales Forecasts (MMSF).
Support mid-term planning cycles (RBU2 / MTP / PhB) in line with internal guidelines.
Act as a finance partner for Business Units by providing tools, insights, and guidance to support high-quality planning.
Reporting & Insights
Support month-end, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely management reporting.
Analyze financial performance, explain variances, and provide meaningful business insights.
Collaborate closely with shared service teams and internal stakeholders.
Pricing & Strategy
Support strategic pricing initiatives, including pricing models and implementation of price changes.
Prepare pricing assumptions during budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Ensure pricing business cases are aligned with global pricing requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated financial reports for a multi-country cluster.
Contribute to updates of local finance policies and procedures.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and support finance-driven projects at both local and global levels.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Reporting.
English proficiency at B2+ level, with the confidence to communicate financial topics to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
