About the role

We we are looking for aFinance & Accounting Specialist, who will be responsible for the company's finances: accounting, payments, documents and reports for founders.

Your task is to collect financial flows into a clear system, ensure transparency of numbers and help founders make data-based decisions.

This is a role at the intersection of operational accounting, analytics and project-based budgeting.

tasks

  • Budget and cash flow planning, control of funds flow.

  • Formation of P&L, expenses.

  • style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Coordination of FOP accounting in Ukraine: taxes, reporting, payments, primary.

  • Interaction with Estonian (and other EU) accountants.

  • Working with payments through Revolut, Wise, Payoneer, SEPA, SWIFT.

  • Preparation and control of invoices, acts, contracts, document archive.

  • Participation in building and improving the company's financial processes.
    Economics / higher education accounting / business administration.

  • From3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

  • Experience in small/medium-sized companies with international operations style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Experience with Google Sheets / Excel, Taxer, electronic document management services.

  • Understanding the tax environment in the EU (or readiness to dive in quickly"). style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Attention to details, systematicity, structure.

  • Responsibility and ability to work without micro-management.

  • Solution orientation: instead of "we have a problem", options are "how to solve it".

  • Comfort from working withiframs, tables, finmodels: "love for plates and finoblik".

  • Willingness to learn new tools and approaches.

English — from Upper-Intermediate (B2): correspondence, reconciliation of invoices, basic communication with EU consultants.
